As the pandemic crisis deepened, we found that we had fewer outlets by which to operate on ground, with some of the supporting local businesses being forced to close and several of our suppliers going out of business or reducing their output. The groups funding effort has also kick-started the Yamasa education project, including the creation of this website.
Our aim for 2021 is to scale up again and fund the construction of the education center, and we are on track to do just this. We know the effects of the pandemic will be felt for years to come and we are committed to being there every step of the way to make sure that children in Yamasa are not left behind.
